Blooming flowers, and porch sitting (especially with my coffee first thing in the morning ☕️).

I’m going to be changing my front porch from spring decor to summer! I’m doing red geraniums and lady bugs theme! I’m waiting on my 2 black lanterns with the birds on them to go with my ivory ones and the red geranium flower pots! ❤️🐞❤️

This is 12 year old Trouble! I rescued him from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles in 2012! I taught him how to do many tricks like ring a bell and play a piano! He has his own YouTube channel and Instagram page! And he was in September/October 2023 Catster magazine article called 12 Cats Who Has The It Factor!

😋Such a beautiful picture of Lily of the Valley! I remember sitting on the ground at my Grandma’s house at Indian Lake Ohio picking Lily of the Valley. I think of them as little bells, so sweet and darling. 🌷

Your flowers make a beautiful picture! It would be lovely framed and displayed. The flowers here are blooming. The first for me every year is the snowball bush, and this year it is beautiful.

What a beautiful photo! Our annual Apple Blossom Festival is this week. The signature colors are pink and green, so our entire community is showered with banners, bows, wreaths, flowers 🌸 and flags of pink and green.

New York… My home town! Looks like you had a great birthday celebration with friends. Happy Birthday, Valerie! Celebrated mine yesterday in Portland, OR with the kids and my 3 precious little grandchildren. My son Jason’s birthday is the same day, so we always try to celebrate together.

Zucchini Bread is such a nice addition to a salad supper. This recipe is moist and delicious. I hope your family will enjoy it as much as mine! Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 Tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp cloves 1 cup oil 1 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 3 eggs 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini 1 cup chopped walnuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9” loaf pan or 2 smaller loaf pans. in a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and spices. In a large bowl, blend together oil, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture until just barely combined. Gently fold in the zucchini and walnuts, be careful to not over mix. Fill loaf pans with batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. #nationalzucchinibreadday #housetohomebyvalerie #quickdinners #zucchinirecipes
